Scoot

I’ve always wanted a dog, but honestly, I don’t feel like I could look after one.

This series was my attempt to create a cartoon character, who I  named “Scoot”. Figuring out what he looked like was a lot more difficult then I expected.

The line work was done mainly with pen and ink, and the colorization digitally. I’m gonna say Scoot was created in 2011.

A year later I switched mediums and drew Scoot in black and white using pencil and charcoal. It was sort of like, “Scoot: the Collector’s Edition”
